Magazine Statistics
    *    VGTrader is published Bi-Monthly (Issues are initially made available via print, then electronic 30 days later)
    *    Each issue is posted to the site for a minimum of 12 months and will be read 7000-10000 throughout the year.
    *    Total readership across all current and futures issues will be about 84,000 - 120,000 per year.
    *    Print Issues of VGTrader are released bi-monthly, along with special issues from time-to-time.


General Advertising/Magazine Information
    VGT Magazine is published in two formats.
        1 - Online PDF Download (Subscribers only) & Flash Flip-Book (Free, up to price guide. All advertisers appear in the free section)
        2 - Limited Print Run (Bi-Monthly)

As an advertiser you can choose to advertise in the ONLINE electronic version of the magazine, the Printed version of the magazine, or both.

Rules and Conditions (For Electronic Edition)

  • Your advertisement will appear in the current AND ALL BACK ISSUES of Video Game Trader for the rates/timeframe listed. Because of the time involved in updating the issues, we cannot accept MONTHLY advertisements for the electronic version.
  • Once you pay, we must receive ad copy as soon as possible, at least 30 days before issue is released.
  • We accept payment via PayPal, Business Check, Cashiers Check, Money Order, and "Barter" (see below). Payment should be made payable to Isadoo Publishing
  • If paying via PayPal, please use buttons above and we will email instructions on how to get ad copy to us.
  • If paying via check or money order, email ad copy along with request and invoice will be sent.

Rules and Conditions (For Print Edition)

  • Your advertisement will appear in the next print issue of Video Game Trader for the rates listed.
  • We must receive ad copy at least 60 days before issue is released.
  • We accept payment via PayPal, Business Check, Cashiers Check, Money Order, and "Barter" (see below). Payment should be made payable to Isadoo Publishing
  • If paying via PayPal, use payment buttons above and we will send instructions on how to get the ad copy to us.
  • If paying via check or money order, email ad copy along with request and invoice will be sent. 

 

Barter Advertising

  • All rates and rules are the same as above.
  • However, instead of paying with cash, you can pay for part of your advertisement with merchandise.
  • You can use merchandise to pay for up to 50% of the cost of our advertisement.
  • You will receive advertising credit equal to 50% of the retail value of the item you supply us. Retail value is decided by us when there is no clear value.
  • Items that are received will either be sold by us to raise money, or be given away in Magazine Contests.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any items sent in for barter.

Other Rules and Rate Reduction options.

  • Link to our magazine from your website front page and you will receive 50% discount off of our published rates. Send us an email at vgtnj@aol.com with your ad copy and a link to your main page. Link must be active before we will apply discount.
  • Become a staff contributor and every issue that contains your contribution you will receive a 75% discount off of an advertisement. Contact us at vgtnj@aol.com to contribute
  • Friends of VGT Magazine, may receive free ads and/or discounts on advertising, just because.
